The Sports and Space Science Research Group comprises three students, under the guidance of three outstanding supervisors – Péter Ferdinandy, Renáta Papp, and Nóra Sydó. The team is further strengthened by project students and international collaborators.

Currently, there are six ongoing projects, all of which are systematic literature reviews and meta-analyses. The research topics include the prevention of diseases caused by microgravity, issues in space pharmacy, and the effects of exercise on the healthy human body.

Methodological oversight is provided by Marie Anne Engh, who serves as the group’s scientific-methodological supervisor (SMS).
