Our clinic has a maxillofacial, a dentoalveolar department and a radiology section. Within the clinic, we are teaching Oral Surgery, Oral Implantology and ‘Clinical Management’ skills to the III., IV., and V. year dentistry students. Theory and practical lessons of Oral Surgery and Dentistry are taught to the general medical students. We teach in Hungarian, German and English. A large proportion of the students participate in TDK work, doing research and preparing presentations for possible university grants as well as topics for their thesis papers. Our demanding graduate and postgraduate programs are recognised abroad by our partner universities. Each year 10-12 doctors are trained by our clinic, completing the Hungarian state board exams becoming oral surgery certified physicians.
