Dear PhD Candidates,
PhD candidates will be awarded at the PhD awarding ceremony at 10.00 am on 8 December 2023 in the NET Building.
PhD candidates have to register in order to be able to attend the ceremony.
Two guests can be registered for the program, as well, depending on the capacity of the venue.
Please be seated in an appropriate attire by 9.45 a.m. at the latest.
If you are unable to attend the ceremony, you may collect your diploma in person or by authorisation in the Doctoral Office during office hours after 8 December 2023.
