The Supervisor’s Masterclass is a unique, 8-month leadership programme for professionals working in clinical or research settings. It delivers hands-on knowledge and skills to prepare participants for effective team leadership, clear communication, crisis management, and success within the scientific arena.

- Entry requirements: MSc, MD, or PhD degree; clinical/research experience; motivation letter; minimum B2 English proficiency
- Duration: 8 months (October – June)
- Tuition fee: €3,000 full fee; €1,500 discounted fee for Semmelweis University staff
