By enrolling, the student declares that he/she knows and complies with the relevant rules of the University and that of doctoral training (i.e. Doctoral Regulation)

Enrollment for the 1st Semester
Students starting their PhD studies in the first semester have to register personally in the Doctoral Office in the opening hours, as well. The documents which are needed were listed in the letter about admission to the doctoral program.
- Submit your PhD training contract (2 copies)
- Diplomas: present your original diploma(s) and language exam certificate(s), submit your copies thereof
- Submit your original Certificate of Moral Conduct (Criminal record)
Enrollment from the 2nd Semester
Students do not need to visit the Doctoral Office personally if they register for the 2., 3., 4., 5., 6,. 7. and 8. semesters. We would like to draw your attention that due to structural changes, you will have to register on a new line (code with “23”).
Registering for PhD Courses
state-Scholarship Students
To transfer the scholarship, the following data must be entered in the NEPTUN system:
- tax number, social security number, bank account number
- addresses (permanent, residence, notification address, phone number, email address)
First semester: September 1- January 31.
(September scholarships can always be transferred by the University ONLY at the beginning of October)
Second semester: February 1- August 31.

Employment
Full-time employment of a state-funded PhD student is permitted by the University Doctoral Council (EDT).
