We are delighted to invite you to the Semmelweis University Alumni Meeting in London, an exclusive gathering designed to bring together members of the Semmelweis alumni community living and working in the United Kingdom.
The aim of the event is to strengthen professional and personal connections among alumni, foster meaningful networking opportunities, and provide a platform for the exchange of experiences and insights. The meeting also supports Semmelweis University’s ongoing commitment to enhancing its international reputation and academic excellence.
Dr. Ferenc Kumin, Ambassador of Hungary to the United Kingdom requests the pleasure of your company at this distinguished occasion. The event is organized under the auspices of the Embassy of Hungary in London and the International Relations and Alumni Affairs Directorate of Semmelweis University.
The evening will offer an opportunity for informal conversations, professional dialogue, and reminiscing about the years spent at Semmelweis University, all within an elegant and welcoming setting.

  • 6:00-6:10 PM – Welcome Address by H.E. Dr. Ferenc Kumin, Ambassador of Hungary
  • 6:10–6:20 PM – Welcome Address by Dr. Éva Szabó Feketéné, Vice-Rector for Strategy and Development, Semmelweis University
  • 6:20-6:50 PM – Welcome Address and Presentation on Semmelweis University by Dr. Péter Nyirády, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Semmelweis University
  • 6:50-7:15 PM – Ceremony for the Semmelweis University Pető András Faculty – Designated Institute for Practice, conducted by Dr. Andrea Zsebe, Dean of the Pető András Faculty
  • 7:15–9:00 PM – Standing Reception and Networking
