The training is focused on dynamic stretching and mobilization, aiming to restore and preserve range of motion for joints. Regularly performing these exercises can enhance muscle efficiency during other types of strength exercises. The training is not only beneficial for muscles but also for the fascia structure. The training involves full-body exercises with a special focus on core muscles. |
