Overview
The course provides a brief survey of the most important methods to characterize and measure the acid-base properties, lipophilicity and solubility of drug molecules.
The participants will have the opportunity to work with instruments (Metrohm potentiometric titrator, Jasco UV-spectrophotometer, Pion μDISS Profiler with in situ UV probes)
The course consist of 30 % theoretical part and 70 % laboratory practical sessions.
Entry requirements
The course is designed for students and Ph.D. students with basic knowledge of analytical techniques.
The institute provides labcoats, but it is recommended to bring your own labcoat to the lab sessions.
Applicants are required to pay a registration fee before the course.
