OVERVIEW
This course provides the essential knowledge needed to begin performing basic implant procedures.
The curriculum covers:
- foundational clinical principles
- a range of diagnostic tools including CBCT analysis
- and key prosthetic and surgical guidelines.
Participants will benefit from a hands-on approach and have the opportunity to observe live procedures, enriching their learning experience. Upon completion, they will be equipped to make well-informed decisions in dental implant planning and possess fundamental knowledge of surgical techniques.
The course is combined of 70 % theoretical part and 30 % practical part.
The course is designed for DMDs with elementary level of implantology knowledge.
A liability insurance is required in order to be able to assist during operations.
Applicants are required to pay a registration fee and fill in a questionnaire on professional orientation before the course.

Learning objectives
- Upon completing the course, participants will have the ability to make informed decisions regarding dental implant planning.
- Participants will acquire fundamental knowledge of surgical techniques and post-surgical care, along with proficiency in using CBCT and 3D imaging for effective implant planning.
- Through hands-on experience, participants will practice implant placement, soft tissue management, and bone grafting, while live surgery participation further enhances their clinical understanding and confidence in implant procedures.
