Between August 31 and September 2, 2022, the Doctoral School’s Workgroup for Science Management held its first, between August 23 and 25, 2023, held its second basic supervisor training at the Health Services Management Training Center, Semmelweis University, for PhD degree holders who want to become supervisors themselves.
The topics of the training were:
- Biostatistics
- Process of supervisors’ accreditation
- Solution-oriented supervising and coaching
- Journal types, database search
- Plagiarism check
- Application writing techniques
- Speech and body language tools and measurability of an assertive relationship
- Scientific writing, typos, word turns
- Patent, industrial utilization
- Time Management in research
Nearly 50 people have successfully completed the 3-day course over the 2 years.
