The research group is supported by the Hungarian Academy of Sciencies for the time period of 2017-2022, renewed for the periode 2022-2027. The aim is to conduct translational research to recognise novel target genes in the pathogenesis of thrombotic microangiopathies, and to explore molecular pathogenecity in functional assays if novel variations will be observed. Lectins and glycosylation patterns are in the focus of the research. Novel aims include the analysis of the pathogensis of immunothrombosis.
