TDK students of the Nagy Laboratory presented their scientific work in the Anatomy session of the Semmelweis International Students’ Conference, held between the 6th and 8th of February.

The scientific committee awarded fourth-year medical student Zsanna Gecse first prize for her presentation on the characterization and ontogeny of mucosal glial cells. Zsanna also won the Award of the Hungarian Anatomical Society and was nominated for the 37th National Scientific Student Conference, which will be held between the 22-25th April, 2025.

Fourth-year medical student Lili Csenge Jurenka and third-year biology student Stefánia-Zsófia Bogya shared second place for their scientific work. The five-member committee recommended Zsófia’s presentation for the 37th National Scientific Student Conference.
