Several research projects are investigating the impact of the program on students. These projects have practical value, and we use the results to continuously improve the program, with the aim of enhancing the quality of medical education and student well-being.
We are currently conducting a longitudinal study. The study will examine the long-term impact of the mentoring program on resilience, perceived stress, well-being, burnout, peer support and academic motivation. We will also compare students, Mentors and Mentees who participated in the program with those who did not. The four-phase data collection began in September 2022 and will continue until September 2023. The preparation of the publications and the writing of the articles is currently underway.
We will be asking for your cooperation with our future research. Thank you in advance for your participation!
