Centre of Science & Innovations Vice-Rector and Business Development – TÜK is a central organizational unit related to the basic tasks of the University, whose task is,
- to organize the sale of RDI products and services at the University,
- to initiate and prepare the conclusion of cooperation and sales contracts, and
- to monitor the fulfillment of agreements.
Compilation of the RDI product and service portfolio of Semmelweis University, in cooperation with the central research units and researchers of science-research-innovation.
Identifying industry players, financial investors interested in the portfolio and establishing sales opportunities; preparation of competitive market analysis and financial modeling.
Representation of Semmelweis University at business development events.
Preparation of RDI business development plan, establishment and development of key RDI business lines.
In cooperation with the Innovation Center
- Proactive search, reception, examination, protection of intellectual properties and research results created at the University, which carry economic opportunities, and preparation of principal proposals for their economic utilization.
- Marketing and business development activities in the field of RDI, which are subject to intellectual property protection and can be utilized within the framework of business development.
Support to Clinical Research Coordinating Center
- Collaborate in marketing and business development activities related to clinical researches.
