The task of Centre of Science & Innovations Vice-Rector and Business Development – TÜK, in cooperation with researchers, is to prepare the utilization of R&D products and services, identify further development needs, initiate and prepare the conclusion of cooperation and sales contracts, and monitor the fulfillment of agreements.
We help the researcher even from the initial idea to business utilization. We support innovation at any stage in its successful implementation. We work to make it easier for our academic, clinical and industrial partners to find each other, we reconcile different points of view, and we help remove obstacles that make utilization difficult. With our added expertise, we help the manager and the investor, if necessary, we contribute to the preparation of risk capital raising, for example, we put together the financial financing plan together. We identify and take advantage of the opportunities offered by the market, we generally help you get to the market.
Our activities promoting utilization processes can be grouped into four categories:
1.) exploitation of intellectual property,
2.) biobank-based clinical trials,
3.) core facility services,
4.) commercial clinical research conducted on the health database.
Our vision is to be a significant, player, a decisive hub of excellence in the Mid European Health Science Market and/ or related Pharmaceutical – Health Industry within 10 years.
