We were delighted that Melinda was invited to present our recent bioRxiv study, “Cariprazine modulates intrinsic excitability and network dynamics of hippocampal neurons in a cell-type dependent manner,” at the Richter Gedeon Pharmacology and Drug Safety Research Journal Club. Melinda presented how our interdisciplinary work combines electrophysiology, network-level measurements, computational approaches, molecular analyses, and clinical data to better understand the neuronal effects of cariprazine. The invitation provided an excellent opportunity to discuss our findings directly with scientists working in pharmaceutical research and drug development, and to exchange ideas about their broader translational relevance. We are very proud of Melinda for representing the project and our team so successfully!
