We are delighted to host Alicia Garrido-Peña from the Neurocomputational Biology Group at the Autonomous University of Madrid for a six-week research visit in our laboratory. During her stay, we are working together to model subiculum activity, exchange expertise in patch-clamp electrophysiology, MEA recordings, and organoid models, and explore the use of near-infrared laser stimulation technology. The visit combines scientific discussion with hands-on experimental work and provides an excellent opportunity to develop new ideas and future collaborative projects. Beyond the laboratory, we are also happy to introduce Alicia to Budapest and Hungarian culture. We greatly value this scientific exchange and look forward to continuing our collaboration in the future.
