Attila, Kinga, and Roli participated in the FENS Forum 2026 in Barcelona, Europe’s largest neuroscience conference. The scientific program offered valuable insights into emerging methods and research directions, including the increasing importance of astrocytes, the expanding use of single-nucleus sequencing, and the growing attention to sex differences in neuroscience and neurodegenerative diseases. All three team members presented their work during the poster sessions. The discussions were lively and inspiring, providing valuable feedback, new scientific perspectives, and opportunities to establish future collaborations. Beyond the conference, the team also enjoyed exploring Barcelona, its architecture, culture, and local cuisine.
