As part of the MTA200 jubilee celebrations, the Hungarian Academy of Sciences headquarters was recreated from more than 60,000 LEGO® bricks through a collaborative initiative involving members of the Hungarian Young Academy (FKA) and students from the MTA Alumni Program. Karolina took part in the event as an FKA member, helping students assemble different parts of the model and actively contributing to the build — even creating a piece of her own. The detailed 1:75 scale model, designed by LEGO master builder Balázs Dóczy, symbolizes the power of community, education, and the connection between generations in science.
The finished model will be on display as part of the MTA200 exhibition, inspiring visitors and highlighting the importance of engaging young people with science.
