Ági recently attended the Gene Editing Technologies course at Lund University, organized by the Cell and Gene Technologies Core Facility (https://www.stemcellcenter.lu.se/course-gene-editing-technologies). The course provided in-depth training on a wide range of CRISPR/Cas9 gene-editing techniques, including single-nucleotide modifications, knockouts, insertions, and deletions. In addition to comprehensive theoretical lectures, the program included hands-on practical sessions, where participants gained experience in experimental design, data analysis using specialized software, and iPSC nucleofection in the lab.
These newly acquired skills will directly support our ongoing research projects and further strengthen our Cell Core Facility, enabling Ági to offer advanced gene-editing services to our users.
