Anna was invited to speak at “The Price of Forgetting” conference, organized by AIPM – the Association of Innovative Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, focusing on the rising health, social, and economic burden of dementia. In her talk, Anna explored the biological mechanisms behind brain aging, the limitations of current disease models, and the promise of using induced neurons (iN) derived from human cells. The event fostered meaningful dialogue on early detection, prevention, and innovative treatments, bringing together scientists, clinicians, and policymakers around a shared goal: to better understand and fight dementia.
