I’m deeply grateful to the Hungarian Huntington Patient Association for the opportunity to present our work on direct reprogramming approaches for studying Huntington’s disease. It was an empowering, motivating, and genuinely humbling experience to share our research goals with the patient community. Bridging the gap between researchers, clinicians, and patients is often challenging – yet it should always be a priority. A huge thank you to the organizers for making this meaningful exchange possible, and to the Hungarian Huntington patient community for their openness and engagement.
