We are immensely grateful to be a part of this great paper published by Oscar Fernandez-Capetillo’s lab at Karolinska Institute in Lancet EbioMedicine. In this paper we and others showed in various Huntington’s disease models that an anti-leprosy drug clofazimine can reduce polyQ toxicity through activation of PPARγ.
