Today we are welcoming our newest member Kinga, who will test felodipine in vitro in the HD-iN model. This will be done in paralel with the FELL-HD trial initiated and coordinated by our collaborator MD Prof Roger A. Barker and his team at Cambridge University. The FELL-HD trial will assess the tolerability and feasibility of using felodipine to upregulate autophagy as a treatment for Huntington’s Disease.
