What we offer
- Separation of chiral molecule isomers (diastereomers or enantiomers) and optimalization of experimental design and conditions
- Chiral enantioseparation using HPLC or CE methods, optionally using cyclodextrin binding as chiral separator
- Docking studies, CD/FI measurements and NMR/UV titrimetry to characterize cyclodextrin complexation
Why work with us
In our core facility enantioseparation using reverse-phase chiral columns is a reliable and versatile tool for chiral analysis in polar organic mode. The use of cyclodextrins as a tool for separation provides an efficient means of rapid method optimalization complemented with binding characterization.
Our equipment
- Agilent 1100 HPLC systems with DAD detectors
- Agilent 7100 CE system
- JASCO HPLC with ELSD detector, more than 20 chiral HPLC columns
(purchace of new ICP-MS device would improve performance) - Jasco UV-VIS spectrophotometer
- Jasco j815 CD spectrometer (CD/UV/FI parallel measurement)
