Useful information – Read before submitting your abstract

Types and formats of presentation The conference will feature several types of presentations: oral papers, posters, and workshops. The format of your presentation may be oral or on poster. The conference scientific committee considers all presentations to be equal in terms of quality and status. All presenters are required to register and pay for the conference. The presentations will be held in English. Held presentations and other materials from the workshops will be published on the conference web-page after the conference.

Oral paper

A short oral report on recent original work that can be based on research study, practice development, or innovative project. Total time 20 minutes (15 minutes presentation and 5 minutes discussion).

Poster A short poster report on recent original work that can be based on research study, practice development, or innovative project. The author discusses the work with the conference participants during the poster viewing sessions. Workshop In depth, focused interactive educational session. Total time 1 hour 20 minutes. Abstracts are to be written in English and submitted electronically in word-document format. Maximum length of the abstract is 350 words. Review and acceptance of abstracts All abstracts will be reviewed by two external reviewers. On the basis of these reviews, the submissions will be accepted or rejected. The presenting author will be notified of the outcome of the review process after February 9th 2015 (Monday) by email. Note that all presenting authors must also register for the conference, latest by April 1st, 2015.
