András Csékó (MD) obtained his specialist qualification in anaesthesiology and intensive therapy with distinction in 2022. He has extensive experience in both hospital-based and prehospital emergency medicine.
He currently works as an anaesthesiologist and emergency consultant at the Emergency Department of the Central Hospital of Northern Pest – Military Hospital, where he is also involved in undergraduate and postgraduate education, including simulation-based training and protocol development. Since 2024, he has also served as an emergency physician with the National Ambulance Service, and since 2025 as a HEMS doctor with the Hungarian Air Ambulance.
Dr. Csékó teaches theoretical intensive care in the paramedic training program at Semmelweis University and is a full ERC instructor for the European Trauma Course. He also contributes to advanced airway management education as an instructor at the Cadaveric Airway School, where he participates in cadaver-based, high-fidelity simulation training and plays an active role in the ongoing development of the course.
His main professional interests include prehospital critical care, trauma management, airway management, and simulation-based medical education.
