A Főváros Bíróság 2001-ben jegyezte be a Semmelweis Tudományos Diákköri Alapítványt, amelynek célja az Egyetemen működő diákkörös hallgatók és témavezetőik támogatása. Pénzjutalomban részesítjük azokat a hallgatókat, akik már egyetemi éveik alatt nemzetközi folyóiratokban elsőszerzős cikket jelentetnek meg. A kifizetés „nagysága” függ a folyóirat „jóságától” impaktjától. 2006/2007. tanévben a következő hallgatók vehettek át pénzjutalmat az Alapítványtól:
