F\u0151 c\u00e9lunk annak meg\u00e9rt\u00e9se, hogy a tumor mikrok\u00f6rnyezete \u2013 a daganatsejtek, az immunsejtek, a k\u00f6t\u0151sz\u00f6veti elemek, az erek \u00e9s ezek t\u00e9rbeli elrendez\u0151d\u00e9se \u2013 mik\u00e9nt befoly\u00e1solja a daganat n\u00f6veked\u00e9s\u00e9t, valamint az immunter\u00e1pi\u00e1kra adott v\u00e1laszt vagy rezisztenci\u00e1t.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A modern tumor-mikrok\u00f6rnyezet<a href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/tumorimmune\/kutatas\/\"> kutat\u00e1s egyik kulcsa<\/a>, hogy sokszor nemcsak az sz\u00e1m\u00edt, milyen sejtek vannak jelen, hanem az is, hol helyezkednek el egym\u00e1shoz k\u00e9pest. Ez\u00e9rt munk\u00e1nk k\u00f6z\u00e9ppontj\u00e1ban a <strong>t\u00e9rbeli biol\u00f3gia (spatial biology)<\/strong> \u00e9s a <strong>morfol\u00f3giai, anat\u00f3miai szeml\u00e9let\u0171 tumort\u00e9rk\u00e9pez\u00e9s<\/strong> \u00e1ll. Hisztol\u00f3giai metszeteken, multiplex immunfest\u00e9sekkel \u00e9s digit\u00e1lis patol\u00f3gi\u00e1val kvantitat\u00edvan elemezz\u00fck t\u00f6bbek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt a T-sejtek \u00e9s makrof\u00e1gok mint\u00e1zatait, az antig\u00e9nprezent\u00e1ci\u00f3 \u00e1llapot\u00e1t, a strom\u00e1lis architekt\u00far\u00e1t, antig\u00e9n-prezent\u00e1ci\u00f3hoz, vagy hipoxi\u00e1hoz kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 \u201eniche\u201d-eket, valamint a tumor\u2013immun hat\u00e1rfel\u00fcletek jellemz\u0151it. Ezeket az eredm\u00e9nyeket klinikai adatokkal \u00e9s sziszt\u00e9m\u00e1s immunol\u00f3giai aspektusokkal integr\u00e1ljuk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emellett vizsg\u00e1ljuk, hogy a mikrob\u00e1k hogyan alak\u00edthatj\u00e1k a daganatellenes immunv\u00e1laszt: egyr\u00e9szt a b\u00e9lmikrobiomon kereszt\u00fcl, m\u00e1sr\u00e9szt bizonyos helyzetekben intratumor\u00e1lis bakt\u00e9riumok \u00e9s mikroba-eredet\u0171 term\u00e9kek (pl. bakteri\u00e1lis extracellul\u00e1ris vezikul\u00e1k) r\u00e9v\u00e9n. A \u201emolekul\u00e1ris mimikri\u201d mellett szerte\u00e1gaz\u00f3bb mechanizmusokat is \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00fcnk, p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul immunol\u00f3giai priming-et, myeloid differenci\u00e1ci\u00f3t, barrierhez k\u00f6t\u00f6tt gyullad\u00e1st \u00e9s mikrobi\u00e1lis metabolit-hat\u00e1sokat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Legf\u0151bb tumor modell\u00fcnk a t\u00fcd\u0151r\u00e1k, ahol s\u00fcrget\u0151 ig\u00e9ny van jobb predikt\u00edv \u00e9s prognosztikus biomarkerekre a kor\u00e1bbi felismer\u00e9s \u00e9s a ter\u00e1piav\u00e1laszt\u00e1s t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s\u00e1hoz.
