Under the minimum requirements set by the previous progress reports, every student must already have at least one manuscript submitted, and in most cases the second project should also be at an advanced stage.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \u25b8 PROGRESSION GROUPS --><\/p>\n<p>Students are allocated to different progression groups:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Graduate group<\/strong> \u2013 members may start writing their dissertation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Completed group<\/strong> \u2013 members may work on additional projects or begin writing their dissertation until both of their papers are officially accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \u25b8 PHD DEFENCE STAGES --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"lead\">PhD defence<\/h3>\n<p>The PhD defence consists of two stages as follows.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>STAGE
