Citizens of other  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tcountries should apply for visa at a Hungarian diplomatic mission or  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tconsular post in the country of their permanent or habitual residence.  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHungary is part of the Schengen area. Citizens of the EU member states,  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tas well as those of Croatia and Switzerland may travel to Hungary with  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tan identity card.<\/h4>\n<h2>Currency, exchange, bank cards<\/h2>\n<h4>The official currency is the Hungarian Forint. Exchange facilities  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tare available at the airport, in hotels, at the exchange desk of the  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tbanks. ATMs are available throughout the country. American Express,  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tVisa, Diners, MasterCard, JCB cards are mostly accepted in hotels,  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\trestaurants and city stores, but you should ask before ordering a  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tservice or purchasing goods.<\/h4>\n<h2>Insurance<\/h2>\n<h4>The Organizing Committee does not assume responsibility for injuries  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tor losses occurring to persons or personal belongings during the  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tconference. Participants are therefore advised to carry the proper  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\ttravel and health insurance.<\/h4>\n<h2>Electricity supply and phone<\/h2>\n<h4>In Hungary electricity is supplied at 230 V, 50 Hz like in most  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEuropean countries. The 2-pin connecting plug is different from that  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tused in some other countries (e.g. USA, UK, Japan etc.). Phone and  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tmobile service background is according to European standards.<\/h4>\n<h2>Travel<\/h2>\n<h4>By public transportation: Hungary lies at the crossroad of the main  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\ttourist traffic in Europe. More than 30 regular and low cost airlines  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\toperate flights to and from Budapest.<\/h4>\n<h2>By car:<\/h2>\n<h4>Toll must be paid on motorways M1, M3, M5, M6 and M7.
