Patients who don&#8217;t have a Hungarian medical insurance card (TAJ card) receive equal medical care but have to pay for the services on site at the time of discharge from ED, via credit\/debit card. We do not accept payment in cash.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Our department provides emergency care based on\u00a0 urgency, and not on a first-come-first-served basis.
