We actively collaborate both with other departments of Semmelweis University and with industrial partners. Our colleagues also mentor student researchers. We carry out investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored research projects as well. The Department employs three doctors with a PhD degree and three who are pursuing doctoral studies.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Industry-Sponsored and Investigated Clinical Trials at the Emergency Department<\/h2>\n<div>The Emergency Department participates in a wide range of clinical research activities, acting as both a\u00a0<b>primary study site<\/b>\u00a0and a\u00a0<b>referral site<\/b>\u00a0for industry-sponsored trials. We also conduct\u00a0<b>investigator-initiated studies<\/b>\u00a0in collaboration with in-house and industrial partners.<\/div>\n<div>Our team is experienced in\u00a0<b>Phase III<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<b>Phase IV<\/b>\u00a0studies and is involved in research across multiple therapeutic areas.<\/div>\n<div aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><b>Areas of experience
