  1. Medical exemption<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    First step is to upload the request to the Neptun between the 12 january 2026 (8.a.m.) \u2013 27 january 2026 (11.59 p.m) \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u00a0than step two is to upload the medical documentum to STEFI (www.stefi.semmelweis.hu<\/a>) between the 12 january 2026 \u2013 28 january 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    In order to make sure to stay within the deadline it is advisable to collect all the relevant documentation as soon as possible:<\/p>\n

    – if the condition is not permanent, it must not be older than 1 year,<\/p>\n

    – written in Hungarian or English, typed (not handwritten!),<\/p>\n

    – It should contain the student’s details, the doctor’s diagnosis, therapy (if any), the scope (full\/partial) and duration of the exemption.<\/p>\n

    Consultatian period 19 january 2026 – 10 february 2026.<\/p>\n

    1. Exemption for SPORT PLAYERS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The deadline (in the neptun system) for uploading all the documents is between between the the 12 january 2026 (8.a.m.) \u2013 27 january 2026 (11.59 p.m) \u00a0<\/strong> so it is advisable to collect all the documents as soon as possible. The following documents must be obtained and uploaded with the request in the neptun system (boot of nessecary date, stamp and signature):<\/p>\n

      – sports association<\/strong> certificate and<\/p>\n

      – sports federation<\/strong> certificate (a form is available at:<\/p>\n
