Application Period<\/h2>\n

We are delighted to invite you to submit abstracts for participation in the BSRT PhD-Symposium, which will take place at the Plus Hotel Berlin<\/a> in Berlin from 04 to 06 December 2013. Participation is limited and participants will be selected on merit.<\/p>\n

The BSRT Symposium is mainly meant for Master’s students, doctoral researchers and early postdocs. Application and submission of abstracts for posters and oral presentations are invited from 01 May 2013 with the following deadlines:<\/p>\n

Early application: The deadline for application is 31 July 2013<\/strong>. The participation fee is \u20ac120<\/strong> and includes accommodation and meals from Wednesday evening (04\/12\/13) to Saturday morning (07\/12\/13).<\/p>\n

Late application: Late application is extended until the 15 September 2013<\/strong>. The participation fee for late application is \u20ac170<\/strong> and includes accommodation and meals from Wednesday evening (04\/12\/13) to Saturday morning (07\/12\/13).<\/p>\n

Application Procedure<\/h2>\n

Please apply only online<\/a>: If you have any questions regarding the requirements or the application procedure please do not hesitate to contact us. There is a limited number of places for participants and only the best abstracts will be accepted for presentation at the the symposium. Participation without presentation will not be possible.<\/p>\n

Invitation of Participants<\/h2>\n

Applications will be reviewed by the BSRT student committee which is organising the BSRT symposium. Participants who will be invited to attend the symposium in Berlin will be notified by e-mail around end of September 2013. Participants can apply for both poster and oral presentation. However, the final decision will be made by the BSRT student committee.<\/p>\n
