We would like to inform you that registration and course enrolment for the first semester of the 2026\/2027 academic year will take place in Neptun between 17 August 2026 and 7 September 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Please make sure to register in the Neptun training programme corresponding to your track (the code contains \u201c23\u201d).<\/p>\n Important!<\/strong> You can only register for the new semester<\/span> in Neptun if your supervisor has signed the Research Work \/ Research Progress course for the previous semester<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n There is no need for students to appear in person at the Doctoral Office for registration.<\/p>\n In the case of a passive semester, please download the attached request<\/a> for postponement and submit it to the following email address: phdhalasztasok@semmelweis.hu<\/a><\/p>\n The list of doctoral courses is available in the course database: Please note that enrolling in the Research Work \/ Research Progress<\/strong> course is required every semester (including after passing the complex exam). This course will be registered for you by the Doctoral Office<\/strong>. At the end of each semester, your supervisor must evaluate your research work.<\/p>\n Late registration<\/strong> is possible between 7 and 13 September 2026<\/strong>, upon payment of the late registration fee.
