We kindly inform you that registration and course enrollment for the Fall semester of the 2025\/2026 academic year will take place via the Neptun system between\u00a0August 18, 2025 and September 12, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Please make sure to register under the Neptun training line corresponding to your program (indicated by the code containing \u201c23\u201d).<\/p>\n

Personal registration at the Doctoral Office is not required.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you wish to declare a passive semester, please download the attached deferral request form<\/a> and submit it to the following email address:\u00a0phdhalasztasok@semmelweis.hu<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

The list of doctoral courses is available in the course database:

Please note that enrolling in the Research Work course is required in every semester, even after the complex exam. This course will be registered for you by the Doctoral Office. At the end of each semester, your supervisor must evaluate your research work.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The deadline for tuition fee payment is\u00a0September 30, 2025<\/strong>.

The first PhD scholarship payment for the semester will be made in\u00a0October<\/strong>, covering both\u00a0September and October<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
