The Association of Hungarian PhD and DLA Candidates (DOSZ) is overjoyed at organizing the regular annual conference in 2022 at the University of P\u00e9cs, Hungary. DOSZ is holding a multidisciplinary scientific conference labelled as the Spring Wind Conference in P\u00e9cs,
\nbetween 6-8 th of May 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\nYoung researchers and doctoral candidates from all scientific discipline have the opportunity to present their research outcomes in Hungarian and English<\/strong>, also in oral or poster sessions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nThe Organisers are pleased to invite the representatives of higher education institutions, government and business sector, colleagues and experts who are interested in the topics.<\/p>\n

\nRegistration<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nAttendance at the conference is subject to pre-registration. The registration interface is available on the DOSZ website<\/strong> (https:\/\/dosz.hu\/event\/spring_wind_2022<\/a>). In order to facilitate communication during the registration process, applicants must provide their contact details. The information the applicants provide will be handled in accordance with DOSZ Data Privacy Policy. Registration first becomes effective with an abstract submission of a minimum of 1800 and a maximum of 3600 characters<\/strong>. The abstract is a summary of the applicant’s scientific work, in which the background of the research, the aim of the scientific research, the questioning, then the results achieved so far and further possibilities are briefly summarized, without references, according to the formal and content requirements of scientific writing. Five
\nkeywords that describe the topic are also required. The abstract can only be uploaded via the registration interface. Please note that organizers do not accept applications submitted via email or on other communicational channels.<\/p>\n

\nDeadline for submissions and abstracts: 13 March 2022 11:59 pm<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nThe Organizers undertake each abstract to a proofreading process with DOSZ Scientific Departments. Candidates will be notified electronically of the results by 3 April 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nPlease note that abstracts cannot be accepted in the following cases:
\n– if it is uploaded after the application deadline,
\n– if the Applicant did not use the template provided by the Organisers at the application
\nsite,
\n– if it does not meet with the basis of scientific requirements.<\/p>\n

\nUpon approval of the abstracts, the Applicant will be notified about the payment of the registration fee for the registration package of his choice. Please note, Organizers will not be able to refund the registration fee due to lack of attendance at the conference.<\/p>\n

\nThe Organizing Committee reserves the right to reclassify lecturers between sections or to merge or divide each discipline section according to the number of applications.<\/p>\n

\nConference Volume 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nIf the lecturer wishes to publish his research results in the Conference Volume, scientific <\/strong>articles meeting the formal requirements shall be submitted not later than 12 June 2022 <\/strong>through the conference registration interface.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nThe eligibility of the studies to be contributed shall be reviewed by a lector with a relevant scientific degree (PhD, DLA). Applicants should manage the review process and upload the lectors\u2019 permission together with the article. An additional requirement is to upload a completed and signed copyright statement. In order to be able to clearly identify of the author, the title of the study, the reviewer permission and the copyright statement documents must include the name of the participant (eg: Sample_Simon_copyright, Sample_Simon_reviewer, Sample_Ottor_Study). Only papers in the format (downloadable from the application platform) required by DOSZ can be accepted for publication. Incomplete studies that do not meet the formal requirements will not be published by the Organizing Committee in the Conference
\nVolume. The accepted, peer-reviewed studies will be published in an ISBN conference online volume with the names of the reviewing lectors.<\/p>\n

\nOrganizers are reminding applicants that only a scientific transcript of the lectures delivered at the Conference may be published in the Volume.<\/p>\n

\nImportant deadlines<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n13 March 2022<\/strong> Deadline for registration and submission of abstracts.
\n3 April 2022<\/strong> Notification about the abstract.
\n6-8 May 2022<\/strong> Conference (Panels on Friday and Saturday)
\n12 June 2022<\/strong> Deadline for uploading the study, the copyright statement, and the peer review documents.<\/p>\n

Participation Fee Rates<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nA. Full Participation Fee with accomodation*: HUF 25,000 per person<\/strong> (which includes: participation for the entire duration of the Conference, presentation
\nopportunities (one scientific presentation and\/or one poster presentation), publication opportunities, 2- night accommodation, lunch and dinner during the Conference,
\nattendance at cultural and scientific programs)
\nB. Full Participation Fee excluding accomodation: HUF 20,000 per person<\/strong> (which includes: participation for the entire duration of the Conference, presentation
\nopportunities (one scientific presentation and\/or one poster presentation), publication opportunities, lunch and dinner during the Conference, attendance at cultural and
\nscientific programs)
\nC. Participation Fee with accommodation for active members of the DOSZ Scientific <\/strong>Departments registered until 28 February 2022: HUF 18,000 per person<\/strong> (which includes: participation for the entire duration of the Conference, presentation opportunities (one scientific presentation and\/or one poster presentation), publication
\nopportunities, 2-night accommodation, lunch and dinner service, attendance at cultural and scientific programs)
\nD. Participation Fee without accommodation for active members of DOSZ Scientific <\/strong>Departments registered until 28 February 2022: HUF 15,000 per person<\/strong> (which includes: participation for the entire duration of the Conference, presentation opportunities (one scientific presentation and\/or one poster presentation), publication
\nopportunities, lunch and dinner during the Conference, attendance at cultural and scientific programs)
\nE. Participation Fee for students of University of P\u00e9cs: HUF 15,000 per<\/strong> (including: participation for the entire duration of the Conference, presentation opportunities (one scientific presentation and\/or one poster presentation), publication opportunities, lunch and dinner during the Conference, attendance at cultural and scientific programs)<\/p>\n

* With the payment of the registration fee, the conference offers the possibility to give one scientific presentation and\/or one poster presentation, which must be different from each other. Oral and poster presentations with the same title and content are not accepted.
\n** Organizers give accommodation for the guests of the conference in the Szalay L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Dormitory (7622 P\u00e9cs, Universitas str. 2.). This building have 2×3-bed apartments with private bathrooms.
\nPayment information will be sent to Applicants upon receipt of the abstract acceptance notice.<\/strong><\/p>\n
