January.<\/p>\n<p>There is\u00a0 no need to register personally in the Doctoral Office.<\/p>\n<p>The courses are available on the website of the Doctoral School.<\/p>\n<p>The feepaying students have to pay the tuition fee till 28. February (the fee will be in Neptun after 15.
