Control and Evaluation Board"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Tasks and Competence of the Quality Control and Evaluation Board<\/h3>\n<p>The purpose and responsibility of the board is to support the operation of the EDT, which is reflected in the following activities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reviewing the scientific classification of students and supervisors based on the recommendation of the Doctoral School;<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating scientific performance related to obtaining a degree;<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing\/appointing (based on recommendations) the composition of the examination, comprehensive exam, and defense committees;<\/li>\n<li>Quality control covering all activities of the University Doctoral School;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing decisions regarding requests for the recognition of PhD diplomas;<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing new training program proposals from the divisions of the Doctoral School;<\/li>\n<li>Issuing an opinion on whether the submitted dissertation topic complies with the
