The officers will take a photo of you and register your personal data (your passport and residence permit will be needed) You can find <a href=\"https:\/\/kormanyhivatalok.hu\/en\">Government Offices<\/a> in every city and district in Hungary. <span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">You will get a paper with datas. In the top right corner of the paper there \u00a0will be your <strong>NEK identification numbers <\/strong>(NEK=National Unified Card System)<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>Register your application electronically in Neptun<\/h5>\n<p>Entering \u00a0Neptun please choose from the menu &#8211; \u00a0<strong>Administration &#8211; Student Card request &#8211; Add New<\/strong>&#8211; and fill every data necessary. When you order\u00a0 the student card\u00a0 in Neptun, the <strong>NEK number<\/strong>\u00a0 has to be typed here. \u00a0BE SURE that datas match on the NEK paper and on the Neptun system letter by letter. Your name, your mothers &#8216;s name etc. <span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">For the successful request, every student must have a <\/span><strong>valid<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"> Hungarian Temporary (Tart\u00f3zkod\u00e1si)\u00a0\u00a0or permanent (\u00c1lland\u00f3) address.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Home country address is not appropriate. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Please do not write a foreign country address here.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>Pick the card up<\/h5>\n<p>The Student ID card arrives at the Doctoral Office, we will send you a message on Neptun when it has arrived and you can pick it up during office hours. Student ID Cards requested at the beginning of September are expected to arrive in the second half of October. Until the permanent card arrives, you are entitled to use a Temporary student card.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Temporary student cards<\/h6>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Temporary student cards<\/strong> are issued by the Doctoral Office<b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"> for 60 days and <\/b><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">it should be picked up personally at the Doctoral Office.<br \/>\n<\/b>Condition of issuance: applying for a permanent Student ID Card in Neptun<br \/>\nDetails: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.diakigazolvany.hu\/\">http:\/\/www.diakigazolvany.hu\/<\/a><\/p>\n<h5>Validate your permanent student card every semester<\/h5>\n<p>The student card must be validated at the beginning of every <strong>active semester<\/strong>.
