Enrolling 2020/21/1 semester is between 1-16. September 2020 in Neptun database.

Please register yourself for the semester (put  yourself  in active status).

In case of passive status you have to inform the Doctoral Office.

Neptun codes for the PhD students, who enroll their first semester, will be sent at the end of August.

Students do not need to visit the Doctoral Office personally if they register for the 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. semesters.

The courses are available in Course database: https://semmelweis.hu/wp-content/phd/phd_live/ 
The PhD courses can be taken via Neptun during the registration period, as well.

Please note that from 2020/21/ 1 semester PhD students have to take Research courses in Neptun, as well. (you have to choose the Research course so that the sum of the credits of all the other courses and your Research course is supposed to be 30 every semester)

The Neptun code of the course refers to the language of the course. The code of the English courses ends in letter .……A

Fee- paying students have to transter the tuition fee till 31th September.

Please contact Biró Aliz (biro.aliz@phd.semmelweis-univ.hu)  finacial assistant in the Doctoral Office  to arrange the invoice of the tuition fee.

The previous semester in the record book (Index) is expected to be signed by the supervisor, the course leader(s) and the head of the Doctoral School and  the index is supposed to be  taken back to the Doctoral Office till 15 September.

Late registration is between 17-18 September, the fee of the late registration: 8050 HUF)
