Our Department was represented by two teams at the 16th Balaton Supermarathon, held between 26 February and 1 March 2026. The head of our Department, P\u00e9ter Ferdinandy, together with Vikt\u00f3ria Barna, completed the four-day, 194 km distance, while Vikt\u00f3ria T\u00f3th\u00a0and S\u00e1ndor Zsidai\u00a0participated in the two-day, 94 km relay stage.<\/span><\/p>\n

The weather conditions were wonderful throughout all four days, and our runners returned home with great experiences and excellent results. P\u00e9ter and his running partner completed the full distance in a total time of 20 hours and 44 minutes, finishing 23rd in their category, while Viki and her teammate achieved 11th place\u00a0with a time of 9 hours and 15 minutes.<\/p>\n
