J\u00f3l ismert, hogy gyomor- \u00e9s nyomb\u00e9lfek\u00e9lyt okozhatnak, mely savszekr\u00e9ci\u00f3 g\u00e1tl\u00f3kkal m\u00e9rs\u00e9kelhet\u0151. Epesavak.<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kutat\u00e1sunk c\u00e9lja az NSAID-ok \u00e1ltal okozott b\u00e9lk\u00e1rosod\u00e1sban szerepet j\u00e1tsz\u00f3 \u00faj mechanizmusok \u00e9s ter\u00e1pi\u00e1s c\u00e9lpontok azonos\u00edt\u00e1sa, mely seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel a j\u00f6v\u0151ben \u00faj kezel\u00e9si lehet\u0151s\u00e9gek kifejleszt\u00e9s\u00e9re ny\u00edlhat lehet\u0151s\u00e9g. A k\u00eds\u00e9rletekhez sz\u00e9les k\u00f6rben alkalmazott \u00e1llatk\u00eds\u00e9rletes modellt alkalmazunk; patk\u00e1nyokat \u00e9s egereket kezel\u00fcnk k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 NSAID-okkal, majd a kialakult gasztrointesztin\u00e1lis k\u00e1rosod\u00e1st makroszk\u00f3posan, hisztol\u00f3giai m\u00f3dszerrel, illetve k\u00f6l\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 molekul\u00e1ris biol\u00f3giai m\u00f3dszerekkel vizsg\u00e1ljuk (pl.
