A kutat\u00f3csoport h\u00e1rom, \u201eProtectomiR\u201d-nek nevezett mikroRNS-csal\u00e1dot m\u00e1r szabadalmaztatott, amelyek \u00edg\u00e9retesek a sz\u00edvinfarktus elleni v\u00e9delemben. A projekt c\u00e9lja egy komplex mikroRNS-ter\u00e1pi\u00e1s rendszer kialak\u00edt\u00e1sa. Ennek r\u00e9sze a ProtectomiR-ek hat\u00e9konys\u00e1g\u00e1nak vizsg\u00e1lata, vezikul\u00e1kba t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 bet\u00f6lt\u00e9s\u00fck optimaliz\u00e1l\u00e1sa, valamint a sejtfelv\u00e9tel \u00e9s transzfer hat\u00e9konys\u00e1g elemz\u00e9se. Emellett tanulm\u00e1nyozz\u00e1k a mikroRNS-ek mRNS-re gyakorolt hat\u00e1s\u00e1t, valamint in vivo modellekben vizsg\u00e1lj\u00e1k a farmakokinetik\u00e1t, biztons\u00e1goss\u00e1got \u00e9s ter\u00e1pi\u00e1s hat\u00e9konys\u00e1got.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sztvev\u0151 kiemelt kutat\u00f3k, kollabor\u00e1ci\u00f3s partnerek, egyetemek, c\u00e9gek <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dr. G\u00f6rbe Anik\u00f3 egyetemi tan\u00e1r, akinek kutat\u00e1si ter\u00fclete a sz\u00edv- \u00e9s \u00e9rrendszeri betegs\u00e9gek \u00e9s azok t\u00e1rsbetegs\u00e9geinek innovat\u00edv megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9seire \u00f6sszpontos\u00edt. Munk\u00e1ja sor\u00e1n kiemelt figyelmet ford\u00edt a mikroRNS-ek fejleszt\u00e9s\u00e9re, mint \u00faj ter\u00e1pi\u00e1s eszk\u00f6z\u00f6kre a kardiovaszkul\u00e1ris betegs\u00e9gek kezel\u00e9s\u00e9ben. Munk\u00e1ja mag\u00e1ban foglalja a gy\u00f3gyszeres hat\u00f3anyagok rejtett kardiotoxikus vagy kardioprotekt\u00edv hat\u00e1sainak vizsg\u00e1lat\u00e1t, valamint a sz\u00edv- \u00e9s \u00e9rrendszeri betegs\u00e9gekhez kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 metabolikus t\u00e1rsbetegs\u00e9gek tanulm\u00e1nyoz\u00e1s\u00e1t. Emellett az iszk\u00e9mi\u00e1s sz\u00edvbetegs\u00e9g \u00e9s t\u00e1rsbetegs\u00e9geinek gy\u00f3gyszeres c\u00e9lpontjait is kutatja, transzkriptomikai adatok bioinformatikai predikci\u00f3ja \u00e9s ezek k\u00eds\u00e9rletes valid\u00e1ci\u00f3ja r\u00e9v\u00e9n, hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rulva a szem\u00e9lyre szabott ter\u00e1pi\u00e1k fejleszt\u00e9s\u00e9hez. A p\u00e1ly\u00e1zat sor\u00e1n egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00fcnk Dr. Monika Bartekov\u00e1val, akinek tudom\u00e1nyos munk\u00e1ss\u00e1g\u00e1t a sz\u00edv- \u00e9s \u00e9rrendszeri betegs\u00e9gek \u00e9s a kardioprotekci\u00f3 ter\u00fclet\u00e9n szerzett hossz\u00fa t\u00e1v\u00fa kutat\u00e1si tapasztalat jellemzi, k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6s tekintettel a sz\u00edv iszk\u00e9mia-reperf\u00fazi\u00f3s s\u00e9r\u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9re.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alkalmazott m\u00f3dszerek, eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A kutat\u00e1s sor\u00e1n molekul\u00e1ris \u00e9s sejtbiol\u00f3giai m\u00f3dszerekkel vizsg\u00e1ljuk a protectomiR-eket, \u00e9s <em>in vitro<\/em>, valamint <em>in vivo<\/em> preklinikai modellekben \u00e9rt\u00e9kelj\u00fck hat\u00e1sukat. Extracellul\u00e1ris vezikul\u00e1kat \u00e1ll\u00edtunk el\u0151 \u00e9s tiszt\u00edtunk, majd k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 sejtes \u00e9s sejtmentes technol\u00f3gi\u00e1kkal optimaliz\u00e1ljuk a miRNS-ek bet\u00f6lt\u00e9s\u00e9t \u00e9s c\u00e9lba juttat\u00e1s\u00e1t.
