A projekttel c\u00e9lunk alaposabban megismerni a glicinerg rendszer opioid analgetikus toleranci\u00e1ban bet\u00f6lt\u00f6tt szerep\u00e9t a gerincvel\u0151 h\u00e1ts\u00f3 szarv\u00e1nak szintj\u00e9n, amely ter\u00fclet kulcsfontoss\u00e1g\u00fa az opioid analgetikus tolerancia meg\u00e9rt\u00e9s\u00e9hez. Tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 igazolni k\u00edv\u00e1njuk az NMDAR \u00e9s a PKCgamma k\u00f6zvet\u00edt\u0151 szerep\u00e9t a GlyT-k \u00e9s a MOR k\u00f6z\u00f6tt, amelyek az analgetikus toleranci\u00e1ban negat\u00edvan szab\u00e1lyozz\u00e1k a MOR m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9t. A projekt molekul\u00e1ris biol\u00f3giai, biok\u00e9miai, analitikai \u00e9s viselked\u00e9ses m\u00f3dszerek sz\u00e9les sk\u00e1l\u00e1j\u00e1t alkalmazza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sztvev\u0151 kiemelt kutat\u00f3k, kollabor\u00e1ci\u00f3s partnerek, egyetemek, c\u00e9gek<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1dor Ferenc a projekt vezet\u0151 kutat\u00f3ja, aki sz\u00e9lesk\u00f6r\u0171 tapasztalattal rendelkezik az opioid receptorok farmakol\u00f3gi\u00e1j\u00e1ban. Munk\u00e1j\u00e1t t\u00f6bb szenior kutat\u00f3 t\u00e1mogatja, k\u00f6zt\u00fck Mahmoud Al-Khrasani (a kutat\u00f3csoport vezet\u0151je) \u00e9s Kir\u00e1ly Korn\u00e9l, mindketten az opioid analgetikus tolerancia \u00e9s a farmakol\u00f3giai k\u00eds\u00e9rletek szak\u00e9rt\u0151i. G. H\u00e1rsing L\u00e1szl\u00f3 a glicin-transzporterekkel \u00e9s azok g\u00e1tl\u00f3ival kapcsolatos alapos ismereteivel j\u00e1rul hozz\u00e1 a projekt sikeress\u00e9g\u00e9hez. A projekt munkat\u00e1rsai k\u00f6z\u00f6tt van tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 T\u00e1bi Tam\u00e1s (a Semmelweis Egyetem Gy\u00f3gyszerhat\u00e1stani Int\u00e9zet vezet\u0151je), Benyhe S\u00e1ndor (HUN-REN Szegedi Biol\u00f3giai Kutat\u00f3k\u00f6zpont), valamint Puskar Zita \u00e9s Kozsurek M\u00e1rk (Semmelweis Egyetem, Szentagothai J\u00e1nos Laborat\u00f3rium).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alkalmazott
