Kiemelten a sz\u00edvinfarktus\/sz\u00edvel\u00e9gtelens\u00e9g \u00e9s a vezet\u0151 neurodegenerat\u00edv betegs\u00e9gek, mint az Alzheimer-k\u00f3r, valamint az amiotr\u00f3fi\u00e1s later\u00e1lis szkler\u00f3zis\/frontotempor\u00e1lis demencia (ALS\/TFD) k\u00f6z\u00f6tti \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u00e9sre \u00f6sszpontos\u00edtunk. K\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen \u00e9rdekelnek benn\u00fcnket azok a molekul\u00e1ris mechanizmusok, amelyek ezekben a betegs\u00e9gekben a sejthal\u00e1l h\u00e1tter\u00e9ben \u00e1llnak, bele\u00e9rtve az endoplazmatikus retikulum \u00e9s a mitokondrium k\u00f6z\u00f6tti jel\u00e1tvitelt \u00e9s az intracellul\u00e1ris transzportot. Ezeknek a sejtfolyamatoknak a k\u00e1rosod\u00e1s\u00e1t kimutattuk a demencia egyes form\u00e1iban \u00e9s ALS\/FTD-ben \u00e9s hasonl\u00f3 defektusok egyes sz\u00edv- \u00e9s \u00e9rrendszeri betegs\u00e9gekben is szerepet j\u00e1tszanak. Jelenleg ennek r\u00e9szleteit vizsg\u00e1ljuk, k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6s tekintettel az ilyen t\u00edpus\u00fa k\u00e1rosod\u00e1sok kijav\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra szolg\u00e1l\u00f3 ter\u00e1pi\u00e1s m\u00f3dszerekre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Jelenleg fut\u00f3 kutat\u00e1si t\u00e9m\u00e1ink:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>\u00daj, organellum alap\u00fa ter\u00e1pi\u00e1s megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9sek sz\u00edvinfarktus kezel\u00e9s\u00e9re.<\/li>\n<li>\u00daj eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k fejleszt\u00e9se az ER-mitokondrium jel\u00e1tvitel \u00e9s kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 sejtfunkci\u00f3k elemz\u00e9s\u00e9re.<\/li>\n<li>A gy\u00f3gyszerek hat\u00e1smechanizmus\u00e1nak sz\u00f6vettani \u00e9s sejtes vizsg\u00e1lata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Mindig keres\u00fcnk tehets\u00e9ges projekt (TDK) \u00e9s PhD hallgat\u00f3kat.
