Analysis of the relation among opioid, dopaminergic and serotonergic systems by applying different methods applicable for measuring the reinforcing capacity, the learning of memory and other behavioural characteristics of different pharmacons. Studies on the consequences of drug-exposition in utero or during lactation in dams and in offspring. Studies on the neurotoxic effects of abused psychostimulators. Examination of the antidepressant and the antipsychotic mechanisms.
