A klasszikus felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1si ter\u00fclt\u00e9n t\u00fal a habitu\u00e1lis vet\u00e9l\u00e9sek \u00e9s a medd\u0151s\u00e9gi vizsg\u00e1latok sor\u00e1n is alkalmazzuk a technik\u00e1t. A fluoreszcens in situ hibridiz\u00e1ci\u00f3 (FISH) sor\u00e1n a sz\u00f6vet vagy sejt mint\u00e1hoz fluoreszcensen jel\u00f6lt DNS szakaszokat hibridiz\u00e1lunk \u00e9s a l\u00e9trej\u00f6tt mint\u00e1zatokat mikroszk\u00f3pos elemz\u00e9ssel \u00e9rt\u00e9kelj\u00fck. A m\u00f3dszerrel a sejtmagi vagy genomi DNS szerkezeti \u00e9s mennyis\u00e9gi elt\u00e9r\u00e9seit tudjuk nagy pontoss\u00e1ggal \u00e9s biztons\u00e1ggal kimutatni. A FISH vizsg\u00e1lat hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul a leuk\u00e9mi\u00e1k, szolid \u00e9s l\u00e1gyr\u00e9szdaganatok alt\u00edpus\u00e1nak meghat\u00e1roz\u00e1s\u00e1hoz, k\u00f3rlefoly\u00e1suk predikci\u00f3j\u00e1hoz \u00e9s bizonyos c\u00e9lzott kezel\u00e9sek alapj\u00e1ul szolg\u00e1l\u00f3 jellemz\u0151 g\u00e9nelt\u00e9r\u00e9sek azonos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz.
