Ehhez k\u00f6t\u00f6d\u0151en v\u00e9gezz\u00fck a kutat\u00e1sainkat is.<\/p>\n<p>A lymphom\u00e1s, leuk\u00e9mi\u00e1s megbeteged\u00e9sek sz\u00e1ma \u00e9vr\u0151l \u00e9vre n\u00f6vekszik. Manaps\u00e1g ezen betegs\u00e9gek kezel\u00e9se m\u00e1r legt\u00f6bbsz\u00f6r c\u00e9lzott ter\u00e1pi\u00e1k seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik. Ennek ellen\u00e9re gyakran ezek a ter\u00e1pi\u00e1k is hat\u00e1stalanok, mert ugyan a perif\u00e9ri\u00e1n kering\u0151 sejtek elpusztulnak a kezel\u00e9sek hat\u00e1s\u00e1ra, a csontvel\u0151ben vagy a nyirokcsom\u00f3kban megb\u00fav\u00f3 tumorsejtek az \u0151ket t\u00e1mogat\u00f3 mikrok\u00f6rnyezet sejtjeinek seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel t\u00fal\u00e9lnek \u00e9s \u00fajra tudj\u00e1k termelni a tumorsejteket.<\/p>\n<p>Kutat\u00e1sainkban vizsg\u00e1ljuk a lymphoma \u00e9s leuk\u00e9mia sejtek immunfenot\u00edpus\u00e1t. In vitro sejtkult\u00far\u00e1kban, csontvel\u0151i str\u00f3ma sejtekkel kokult\u00far\u00e1kban a beteg mint\u00e1kb\u00f3l izol\u00e1lt tumorsejtek t\u00fal\u00e9l\u00e9s\u00e9t, prolifer\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1t, citokin termel\u00e9s\u00e9t m\u00e9rj\u00fck \u00e9s \u00f6sszevetj\u00fck a k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 felsz\u00edni vagy intracellul\u00e1ris feh\u00e9rj\u00e9k expresszi\u00f3j\u00e1val, m\u00e1s m\u00f3dszerekkel kimutatott (molekul\u00e1ris, FISH) prognosztikus faktorokkal, mut\u00e1ci\u00f3kkal.
